Rob Gibbon: Illustrator of Griff the Eagle'

As a kid I spent much of my spare time drawing and even winning the odd prize.

 I then studied Accountancy and ended up in senior management roles in the corporate world which put an end to drawing for me for over 40 years.

With an urge to rediscover my artist side in early 2008 I joined the 'right brain genius' drawing class in Cairns which led to me back to art again... and to the illustrations for Griff the Eagle.

I am now working more with oil paintings and still experimenting with which art medium I will now follow.
